A warm welcome to Quality Care Scotland — proudly providing senior and adult care across Helensburgh and the surrounding areas. Our service is owned and personally run by Nina D'Ambrosio, her mother Laura Williams, and Mark Oliver.
Who we are
We're not a franchise or a large organisation. We're a close-knit local team who believe that care should never feel clinical or distant. Our mission is to bring back the human touch — making sure every visit reflects our values of compassion, reliability and excellence.
Every member of our team understands how important it is to remain in the comfort of your own home. That's why we work closely with you and your loved ones to make it possible — providing the same standard of care we'd want for our own family.

Our story
After many years working within the care-at-home industry, Nina and Laura saw first-hand how rushed visits, poor communication and a lack of genuine compassion were leaving both clients and carers disheartened. Having witnessed the impact of poorly managed services, they knew there had to be a better way — one that restored dignity, warmth and personal connection to care.
Determined to make a difference, they founded Quality Care Scotland with a simple vision: to create a service they would trust for their own family — where every person is treated with respect, time and kindness, and where carers feel valued and supported in the work they do.
Meet the team

As Director, Mark Oliver leads Quality Care Scotland and holds overall responsibility for how the business is run and the standards it sets. He works closely with founder Nina D'Ambrosio and Laura Williams to make sure every family receives reliable, compassionate care they can trust.

With over 20 years in healthcare management, Nina founded Quality Care Scotland to bring premium, personalized care to Scottish families.
Quality Standards & Care Excellence
Nina's mother and co-founder of Quality Care Scotland. Laura ensures our care standards remain exceptional, conducting regular quality reviews and supporting continuous improvement across all our services.
Operations & Quality Management
David oversees our care operations with extensive experience in healthcare management. He ensures our team delivers the highest quality care while maintaining our family-centered approach to service.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Samantha leads our care team with expertise and compassion, ensuring high standards of care delivery. She coordinates care schedules and supports our carers to provide exceptional service to every client.
Direct Care Support
Anna provides compassionate, hands-on care to our clients, bringing warmth and dedication to every visit. Her caring nature ensures every client feels valued and supported.
Care, On Call & Administration
Emirina combines hands-on care with keeping things running behind the scenes. As well as visiting clients, she helps cover our on-call service and supports the office with day-to-day administration.
Direct Care Support
Two of the familiar faces visiting homes across Helensburgh and the surrounding villages. Sandra and Kathleen provide hands-on care day to day, taking the time to get to know every person they support.
